Let's Talk Turtlenecks | Part 2

 

            

          As I get ready for a lovely Zoom wedding ceremony this morning, I'm mentally planning out all the outfits I'll be wearing once things return to normal. That may not be until 2023 at this point, but I'll be patient. Don't get me wrong, I love working from home. It's very rare for me to have such a short commute. But I have to reveal a little secret that makes me realize how badly I miss going out and dressing up. I found myself trying on clothes in my own closet.. almost as if I hadn't worn them ever. Yeah, if that doesn't tell you how helpless I've become... I don't know what will. 

         My absolute favorite part of this outfit are the earrings. We love a fancy and bold earring here at Roam with Style. You can always find a cute pair of bold earrings at our SHOP. However, I got this lovely pair as a gift from now now-husband at the time we were dating. He purchased them from one of my fave stores... H&M! But till this day, they never disappoint me. Another interesting fact about this outfit too is that I was originally not a huge fan of these boots. I really wanted a pair of pointed toe booties in my closet. And after some research, I found these cute pair of Charles by Charles David suede booties. What I'm not a huge fan of is the wide separation between the heels and the sole of the shoes. I initially thought they made me look like one of those villain  characters in a movie. I hope I’m making sense here. But now, I see how much of an edge it gives them! SO styling and chic.
