Maxi Who?

 

  

  There's absolutely nothing more whimsical than walking in a flowy maxi dress! I don't know about you but it makes me feel like such an important person on my way to accomplish something even more important. Is it just me though? I know I can't be alone on this one.

    This maxi dress, pictured here, has been an absolutely winter fave. I recently purchased it from ASOS when I felt I was in need of more dark green pieces in my closet. Boy, am I glad I snagged this! I got this beauty during one of their rare sales too. You can't beat cute dresses purchased on sale prices! I paired it with one of my favorite winter satchels from MK. The nude tones in the bag complimented the paisley print on the dress so well.  To add in another neutral to the mix, I put on these cognac rattan textured earrings from J Crew. In my opinion, everyone needs a nice pair of neutral earrings with a fun texture. To top it off, I wore my fave black boots. If you don't have a skin tight pair of winter boots, you're missing out! They add such versatility to each outfit. You can pair them with pants, skirts and dresses. I purchased these from Bloomingdale a year ago and unfortunately they are no longer available. However, you may be able to find a pair of these Vince Camuto Karita Over-the-knee Boots in another shop.

Okay, so I have a secret to share. Given the current pandemic, I have not been out to sport this lovely outfit. Instead, I've had my brother take my photo of the outfits I wish I could be wearing out these days. However, if I were to go out somewhere, I'd definitely be sporting this lovely look. The next few posts will feature similar style photos that were taken by my brother (socially distanced of course).
